Ceratec Technical Ceramics BV is, and has always been a leading player in innovative developments in the use of technical ceramics. Ceratec develops and produces industrial components in which the unique properties of technical ceramics are exploited to the full. Ceratec produces both standard and custom made products. Ceratec has specialised in technical ceramics since 1983.

The staff of Ceratec Sales are often the first contact point. Their wide knowledge of technical ceramics and its applications ensures that questions and wishes are dealt with rapidly and expertly.
Ceratec has an organisation in which all disciplines are represented.

Ceratec's strength lies primarily in the total formula of problem analysis, development,
prototyping and production. All these disciplines are located in-house. Ceratec also develops composite components in which joining and assembly technologies also play an important role.
Ceratec's specific know-how in this area is unique in Europe.

Alongside various processing techniques, special joining techniques are applied for production of composite products made of technical ceramic and metal. The requisite metal-working processes and assembly activities are carried out in-house. Ceratec produce both small and larger series. Throughout the production process, quality control is carried out in our advanced test room.

The Ceratec production facilities are specialised for machining of technical ceramics and special kinds of corrosion resistant steel.

Ceratec Engineering staat garant voor professionele ondersteuning op het gebied van materiaalkeuze, economisch ontwerp en begeleiding van inbouw van keramische componenten. Het traject van probleem tot en met 1e serie kan geheel in eigen huis. Ceratec gebruikt technische keramiek voor producten waar de materiaaleigenschappen een duidelijke meerwaarde geven. Waar metalen of kunststof onderdelen falen, kan Ceratec Engineering vaak keramische oplossingen bieden.
Voor het ontwikkelen van keramische componenten en samengestelde producten, maakt Ceratec gebruik van moderne CAD-systemen en meet-instrumenten.

Ceratec levert klantgerichte oplossingen die resulteren in langere standtijden, lagere onderhoudskosten en minder productiestoringen. Kortom een bijdrage tot een kostenefficiënt productieproces.
