The annual production rate is ca. 200 tons. Our main profile is Zamak metal casting with hot chamber die-casting technology.

Production sizes: small: 5-10 thousand p/year
intermediate: 20-50-100 thousand p/year
large: 100-500-2000 thousand p/year

The usual Belgian casting raw material is ZAMAK 5, ZnAl4Cu1, or following the costumers’ requirements.

The production of parts goes directly or indirectly to Western Europe. We urge developing cooperation with our present and future partners. The inland production of the company is based on well-known companies.

Our company is technically furnished to make tools of different complexity or to work with tools brought for the production by our clients. We process the work according to Euro-Standards. Extra tool orders can be supplied within 2-3 month, depending on the complexity of the order.
