Company description
The Bonap company was founded in 1992. Since it's beginning it has been involved in spare parts supply (mainly castings) mostly for stone quarries, gravel pits and sand pits. Later on it expanded these services by providing the production of mechanical and manual casts for foundry and by supplying other types of castings. In 1994 the product line expended by spare parts supply for mining machines such as cutter loaders and tunneling machines, flight conveyer, etc. This type of supply grew rapidly and the amount of orders increased.
On April 12 th 1999 started by registration at regional court in Ostrava company Bonap-ICCZ s.r.o. All prior activities of Bonap passed over to Bonap-ICCZ s.r.o. Since than the company has grown and there still existed two main courses of distribution. First course aimed to stone quarries and the other to mines. As the time went by the company extended with more employees and the main courses of production started to peter out. The company started to look up other customers besides the existing stone quarries and mines and also focused on providing different parts and services. Currently is the company able to ensure entire distribution of all kinds of various machine parts and machines from blue prints to final adjustment of surface of distributed products. We supply the construction, drawing, manufacturing of models, castings, forgings, weldments, machining, metal plates flame cutting, assembling of parts and machines. Customers of out company are from all around the Czech republic, Slovakia, Poland, Austria, Germany, Sweden and recently even in USA.
In 2002 the company gained exclusive agency of polish company Kubala for Czech republic. Company Kubala is the biggest producer of great quality bricklayer tools in Poland. Our company extended its services by adding wholesale and distribution of bricklayer tackles. For this market segment we created independent business division, which is involved in selling these tools into warehouses, stores and to final customers. Within this distribution we are able to fulfill also other requests of the customers such as for example building materials, another kinds tools than bricklayer or all kind of services fro this department.
In 2004 we bought premises of old cankering agricultural estate in Hnojnik and currently is taking place big reconstruction process in this location, which will help the company to build stable and presentable base. Our company needs such base to improve and extend offered services. Since August 2005 we have existing new storages at this location and our division of bricklayer tools.
In spring of 2005 we also managed to obtain exclusive agency from German company IBS – Industtiemaschinen Bergbau Service GmbH, which produces tunneling machines. Currently we produce some parts for these machines and by means of our company we ensure also the distribution of spare parts directly from Germany for every tunneling machine in Czech republic.
In 2004 we started to work on quality system and in August 2005 we successfully passed the certification and obtained the certificate of quality ISO 9001.
We are certainly strong and perspective partner. Our strongest weapons are fast realization of orders, quality and reasonable prices and we always keep our word. We are very pride in our ability to fulfill all orders on time and we expect the same approach from our business partners.
