BAEST, a.s. Benešov is a medium-sized manufacturing and trading company with a wide production programme. Our company is conveniently situated near E55 and E50 (D1) roads and has our own railway branch line at disposal.
The company BAEST, a.s. continues to develop the activities of the company BEST, s.r.o. whose manufacture and business it took over in 2002. BAEST, a.s. is a private company with the production programme focused on welded steel frames and construction machinery and with 240 employees. The company undertakes business in premises of 17 ha, where there are production halls of 30.000 m2 and stocks of 10.000 m2, equipped with the necessary lifting and handling equipment with the lifting capacity of up to 50 t.
Our production programme is focused not only on a repeated manufacture, but also on job-order one - small series or even individual orders. We can offer a wide range of manufacturing work in the field of engineering thanks to our multi-purpose technological equipment and the qualified employee team. We use up-to-date CAD and CAD/CAM systems to elaborate the production documents (Autocad, Autodesk Inventor 3D etc.) and to use the documents in our production.
The company has been awarded DIN EN ISO quality management certificate since 1998 - DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 after a re-certification process in 2002. We have the so called "Big Welding Certificate" by SLV Saarbrücken and AD Merkblatt HP 0 certificate for pressure tank welding.
The quality production, in compliance with DIN and CSN directives, enables us to increase the export share in the continuously growing turnover each year. The export shade settled at the rate of 75% in 2000, 2001, 2002 and 2003. The main foreign customers are companies from Germany, France, Russia, Belgium, Slovakia, Ukraine and last, but not least from the U.S. Our company was third in "DHL - The Czech Exporter of the year 1999" competition in the category of medium-sized enterprises in 2000, and even first in "The exporter of the year 2002" competition, organized by the Czech Economic Chamber and the Industrial Association under the auspices of the Czech government, in the same category in 2002.
