Company description

ASMET was established in 1986 as the company manufacturing nuts and bolts. At present, ASMET Group is one of the largest Polish enterprises offering comprehensive services as regards supplies of fastener elements for construction, power, petrochemical, automotive, machinery and electronics industries. On own stock we have approx. 20 thousand assortment items, we offer further 50 thousand products on order.

Moreover, ASMET is the manufacturer of industrial aluminium castings..

The Head Office of the Company is located in Reguly near Warsaw, where there is the metal shopping centre - the largest selection of bolts, screws, nuts, etc. in Poland - and the production plant manufacturing products on special orders. Besides, ASMET Group consists of: Bolts Manufacturing Plant BISPOL S.A. in Bielsko-Biala, a chain of shops, a non-ferrous metals foundry, and an electroplating shop.

ASMET is a family company, established, developed and managed by the Sajnaga family, with active participation of partners, connected with the company from the very beginning. The family environment is an important element of the Company's policy.
ASMET implemented an integrated Quality and Environment Management System, compliant with PN-EN-ISO 9001:2001 and PN-EN-ISO 14001:1996 in the scope of manufacture and sales of fasteners. The Company and its President - Mr. Andrzej Sajnaga - personally, received numerous prestigious prizes and distinctions.

ASMET customers include large industry and trade enterprises and individual customers. These are Polish and European companies. We provide our own transport or use the services of third-party forwarding companies.
We even deliver products directly to assembly lines.

Our offer covers 20 thousand assortment items from our own warehouse resources and we are able to carry out the order for further 50 thousand assortment items:

- According to PN-EN, DIN, ISO, ANSI standards or drawings
- Property classes: 5.8, 5.6, 8.8, 10.9, 12.9
- Materials: carbon and alloy steels

Our own production plants enable us to manufacture fasteners according to individual clients' needs.

We specialize in manufacturing of fasteners applied in installations of the following industries: power, chemistry and petrochemistry. We have the rights of The State Office of Technical Inspection to produce fasteners used for the machines and installations which require the authorization of this Office.

We have major parcel of shares of one of the biggest fastener manufacturers in Poland, namely of Fabryka Srub BISPOL, founded on the basis of plant that history extends back to 1880.


ALUMINIUM ALLOYS AND CASTINGS

Range of Production:
- Aluminium castings for automotive, tractor-building, metal, mining, chemical and power industry
- pig sows of aluminium alloys as per PN, PN-EN, DIN or specific orders

Production Technology:
- gravitational die-casting (masses from 0.1 kg up to 15 kg)
- gravitational casting in sand molds
