AMS Group BV. is a Dutch registered company with its head office in Guangzhou, Guangdong province - the main manufacturing area in China. We have an office in The Netherlands with sales presence in the United Kingdom.

We offer premier offshore assembly, manufacturing & sourcing services to Western clients, our services include: injection mould making, engineering, production moulding, die casting, along with assembly and sourcing. Servicing the furniture, medical, light electronic and high tolerance die casting industries, we are able to fully protect the intellectual property rights of our customers through our Secure Production Process™.

  At our own factory facility, we can manufacture, assemble and package to your specifications - guaranteeing complete process control from concept manufacture to final QC and packaging.
  
  Manufacturing
  
  All components/products manufactured by AMS are done so in accordance with our Secure Production Process - ensuring all goods are produced to exact standards under secure conditions. Whether in our own facility or through an audited supplier.
  
  In certain cases when the production of parts is very sensitive, we have the ability to set-up a private and totally dedicated production facility. This would be fully foreign owned by the customer or through a joint venture with us. Due to the China's accession to the WTO, establishing a Wholly Owned Foreign Entity (WOFE), is a much easier process than it used to be (AMS in association with Stephenson Harwood & Lo, is able to offer solid legal advice in realation to this).

  Sourcing
  
  A team of dedicated people is available to source raw materials and key components, which are supplied directly to either our own manufacturing facility or to an audited manufacturing unit. This minimizes the risk of manufactures using inferior, restricted materials and reduces part/final product reject rate.
