Alucast s.r.o. was founded in 2001 and its main activity is manufacturing precision castings made of Aluminium alloys utilizing investment casting process - lost wax process.

The foundry is equipped with the state-of-the-art equipment capable of production of investment castings of highest metallurgical quality with low porosity and high mechanical properties.

In addition to its casting capabilities, Alucast developed cooperation with different local firms specializing in machining, coating and painting. This cooperation allows us to deliver to our customers ready to assemble parts.

Our efforts are focused on bulding the manufacturing leader with the highest level of business moral and technology excellence. Aluminum alloys are know for their highest operating temperatures, superior corrosion resistance, light weight, very good strength and hardness, good stiffness and high strength-to-weight ratio, excellent thermal and electrical conductivity and good finishing characteristics.

Magnesium alloys are the lightest of all structural metals with excellent stiffness and strength-to-weight ratio, high conductivity, electrical and thermal, exceptional thin wall capability, good corrosion resistance, high dimensional accuracy and stability. These alloys are a cost-effective alternative against plastics and are fully recyclable. Alucast is in the process of developing capabilities in producing investment castings made from Magnesium alloys.
