ALFA DÖKÜM which was founded in 1984 in the Ostim Industrial Area, latterly moved to the Sincan Organized Industrial Area in 1998. The factory has 15.000 m² open and 3.000 m² closed areas.

ALFA DÖKÜM specializes in the production of ductile iron and special cast iron productions, and has a production capacity of about 4.000 tons per annum. Our products range changes from 0,2 kg per piece to 1.000 kg per piece.

ALFA DÖKÜM employes experienced and highly qualified personnel and has the ability to develop the new technologies which are in application in our factory today.

ALFA DÖKÜM took over another firm in 2002, which had been supplied with our crankshafts castings, and since the take–over crankshaft production has successfully continued in our firm.

ALFA DÖKÜM exports its products and the production spectrum has widened.

ALFA DÖKÜM has an ISO 9001 2000 quality certificate and is also one of the leading foundries in Turkey.

Products

The main products of our firm are ductile iron and special cast irons. With the exception of large castings, automatic machine moulding lines have been in use. Shell and Cold box techniques are used for core making.

Customer requirements are first studied with regard to the technical and practical aspects. Following the approval of the prototype manufactured according to the design and specifications provided, mass production is started. Our personnel are conscious of the fact that the production quality is dependent on the pattern making and the design of the feeder and runner.
