We are a subsidiary of the BELOG Group Switzerland. We have over 100 employees under Swiss management and at two sites in the Czech Republic (Brno and Kurim, 35,000 m2 production and storage area) we manufacture high quality foundry goods made of

– high alloy steels
– spheroidal graphite cast iron
– aluminium

Our products are mainly exported to EU countries or delivered to the Czech subsidiaries of large multi-national corporations.

The Brno industrial region, with its many universities of technology and research institutes, is well-known for its long foundry tradition. As a result, we are able to draw upon highly trained experts of all professions.

Accessories for heat treatment

The manufacturing of baskets, grates, jigs and other products made of heat-resistant materials requires significant technical knowledge as well as exceptional mechanical skills. BELOG Guss guarantees these requirements and produces high alloy steel articles which are distinguished by their consistent high quality. In additions BELOG Guss offers solutions in which the construction design and the choice of materials combine to guarantee very long service lives of the products. Customized solutions which have to fulfil special requirements:

– scaling resistance in vacuum furnace
– maximal goods loading
– precise measurements for robotic charge
– non-deforming welding

are offered and manufactured just like serial products.

Security products

Leading representatives of the security industry, such as producers of safes and automatic teller machines (ATMs) order their armour castings from BELOG Guss. They rely on the excellent quality of the products such as:

Spheroidal graphite iron casts

BELOG Guss supplies components made of spheroidal graphite iron for special uses in the mechanical engineering industry, with weights varying from a few kg to several tons. Many products are characterized by complex moulding and in particular by precise mechanical machining. Our customers are supplied with components ready to be installed in recorded dimensional stability on schedule. Thanks to our many years of experience in mechanical processing and the resulting expertise we are in a position to supply machined components in lengths of up to 6 m.

Specialities

Products for plant construction generally must satisfy special requirements. Components which are subject to both high mechanical and thermal stresses as well as aggressive athmosphere require exceptional materials and special manufacturing processes. The solution is provided by BELOG special castings, are tailored to meet the customer's special needs. Our broad knowledge in engineering is put to use right from the start of the design process and provides optimal solutions. Material analyses, mechanical and superficial scratch tests, intercrystalline corrosion-, X-ray and US-tests guarantee the quality.
