Dear business Friends,
We would like to introduce our stock company – 2JCP a.s., Racice 126. Company was established on October 1st 1992, based on two private companies of Mr. Josef Cerny and Mr. Jaroslav Paces and join other two founders – Mr. Zdenek Novak and SEPAP a.s. (Czech pulp and paper company). Company was established as a family business and share of this family was never under 50 %. Core business of company during first three years was maintenance services for SEPAP a.s
Company provided global maintenance services in accordance with business plan for one of owners SEPAP a.s. It was mainly metal manufacturing, welding, heating, instalation and tinsmith works. Other petit activities were PVC treating, sadlle work etc. Sepap a.s. has became a part of international company Assi Domain during 1995. New owner had no interest about share of our company and he sold this share to other three owners. Scope of services for Sepap a.s. gradually decreased. This enabled us to quit small businesses and to make new profile of company. First stage of company development of new area Racice was finished on 1997. Company started to trade on European market.We have bought new hall of toolroom including machines from company ROSS in Roudnice nad Labem in 2000. Then we built up there new machining center. We acquired the Certificate of quality system ISO 9002 in 2001.
Company develops succesfuly. We finished second stage of develop of Racice area in spring 2002. Now we are finishing paintshot in Racice. Our quality system has been succesfuly certified as per ISO EN 9001-2001 standart in november 2003.
Share capital increased ten times and now is over 20 mil. CZK. We expect turnover 2003 overlapped 300 mil. CZK. We are succesful on European and American market. Our export ratio is over 70 % of turnover. We are engageing over 200 qualified emloyees in our work and on sites over the world.
