Request for Extrusion profile

Please your attention for the following requested product:

We are looking for a factory, which can deliver us a guide profile similar to the photo attached to be produced by extrusion of high quality.

Required material Rg7 or similar to CuSn7ZnPb. The extrusion has to make a surface very smooth, so it will be not necessary to mill the surface later neither to improve the smoothness nor to improve the straightness.

The smoothness of the slanted side has to be Ra 1,6 or better according to a sample we would send after the receipt of your favourable offer. Tolerances according to h9. Final required length of the cross cut profile has to be only about 300mm.
