Request for Ebonite

Please pay attention for the following request.

Attached is a drawing thats shows a flange. This flangse has a 4mm thick layer applied.(Ebonite).
We would like to know if it is possible to provide the flange as on drawwing with a new layer

If you can perform these operations also offer on how much te costs are to remove such thermoplas. , re-applying the Ebonite layer and drawing machineren acc.
