UNLOADING RATES: 6000MT Per Day

INITIAL DELIVERY TIME: 30-45days after receipt of the DL/C at the Sellers bank

INSPECTION AGENCY: SGS

DOCS REQD FOR PAYMENT: Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice and other documents to be specified in the contract.

TYPE OF CONTRACT: CIF

METHODS OF PAYMENT: Irrevocable Non-Transferable Letter of Credit. payable 100% at sight of Clean

on Board Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice and all other documents specified in the Contract.

INSPECTION: Inspections will be performed by SGS International Inspection Agency.

PERFORMANCE BOND / SURETY BOND and POP: The Seller will arrange a 2% operative Performance Bond to provide all the documentation stipulated in the contract. The Bond will be issued within 5 Banking Days after receive the LC and will make the LC activated.
