Request for CNC Tube Bending Ø38x2

Request description

For a new product we are looking for a CNC bender Ø38x2 tube.

It's about 10 different components per product.

In the attachments are three different components to give an impression about the work asked.

If it suits you and your company, I ask you to contact me for more drawings.
Any changes for better manufacturability are discussable.

This product will be produced for at least the coming 6 years.

Development, along welding, handling and assembly we do by ourselves.

Expected annual decline in 2012 is 350-450 pieces.

From 2013 and on the expected annual decline will be between 750 and 1,000 units.

Delivery in the first 25 sets of each, then to 50 or 100 sets.
