Packing : Stackable and suitable for container transport
Packing material : Wooden packing material should apply to the ISPM-15 regulations if applicable

Documentation : As per VDRS
Deviations : Deviations shall be clearly mentioned on a separate sheet. If there are no deviations a confirmation to the specifications shall be mentioned on your quotation.
Inspection : Applicable
Validity : 60 days
Payment conditions : As per General purchase conditions
Bid closing date : July 28, 2009
WARRENTEE : 24 Months from substantial completion date

The inquiry package remains the property
Prices shown must be firm for the duration of the possible order, including suitable packing and excluding all duties and taxes.
Commercial conditions as per the General Purchase Conditions , dated july 2002 (enclosed). By submitting your quotation you confirm to comply with all conditions stated herein, unconditionally. Your quotation shall only be considered, after your written intention to bid and confirmation to adhere to the bid closing date.

Please confirm receipt by return e-mail. Also confirm that you will submit your bid for or before the closing date and indicate your contact person.
